Mario was an excellent guide and looked after us very well, briefing the Mostar and Sarajevo guides as to what we wanted to see, and our must-do list. He arranged lunch venues for us so we were able to eat and go whilst he paid all the bills. The only disappointing aspect was the 5 star hotel chosen for us by the tour operators. From our extensive travelling experience it was not 5 star and we would have preferred a different hotel, and perhaps a choice. We were advised of the hotel details the afternoon prior to…”
