Meet Dubrovnik Walks by the orange umbrella near the Pile bus stop. Guides such as Bane, Lobi, Fran, Roman, and Ben lead a two-hour paddle past Old Town and Lokrum, with a swim and snorkel stop at Betina Cave. You will share a two-person kayak and get wet.

We kayaked to a small cave/beach for a short break and a swim, then kayaked back to the starting point The views were absolutely stunning, it was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. Rent a stable single or double kayak from Dubrovnik Watersports at Banje Beach and paddle independently for up to two hours. Staff explain the routes, provide a paddle, life vest, and dry bag, and can point you toward Betina Cave or Lokrum Island.

Paddle from Pile Bay along Dubrovnik’s walls with local guides such as Tom, Drajen, Mickey, or Rajan. You’ll kayak toward Lokrum, stop at Betina Cave for snorkeling, hear local stories, and may cliff jump. Choose the 3-hour morning route or shorter 2-hour summer afternoon trip.
“Me and my GF did this on a mild and overcast day in May and in rather choppy sea conditions and we still had a great time ! 3 hours is a good amount for this activity, there are 2 hour versions but i think 3 hours is better. Our instructor was very knowledgeable about the local area and history and would stop the group every now and then to tell us something about an area of interest. The cave is stunning and made more special by the fact you can only really reach it by kayak which makes it quite a unique dubrovnik landmark that not many will experience…”

Paddle toward Lokrum, stop at Betina Cave for swimming and snorkeling, then return beneath Dubrovnik’s walls as the sun drops. Double kayaks, about 4 to 7 kilometers of paddling, water, gear, and sunset wine are included.

Join certified guide Mario for a small-group sea kayak tour from Cavtat. Paddle past the harbor and old town, visit Supetar Island, stop for a swim, and learn local stories. Kayaks, dry bags, and phone storage are provided.
“Mario kept us updated and changed timing of the kayaking which best suited the weather, which we viewed as great as it kept us all safe! He took us on a great adventure. We went to supetar island then along the coast of Cavtat. Mario gave us a lot of information about the town and it was a great few hours.”
Set out from Pile Gate in a double kayak with an English-speaking guide such as Tom, Miki, Nick, or Mislav. Paddle 7.5 kilometres past Dubrovnik’s walls, swim and snorkel at Betina Cave, then pause near Lokrum for wine and sunset views. No experience is needed, but you should be fit enough for three hours at sea.
